Personal Projects
From a young age the kitchen has been a place of adventure, joy, and comfort in my life. Through food I am able to connect with my heritage, express my creativity, and connect with my community. In high school, I took this passion for baking to a local cafe where I worked as a baker for four years. While I no longer bake in a commercial kitchen, I still love crafting sugar and flour into delicious creations to share with my friends and family.
